Analisis misi apologetika Kristen untuk menjadikan gereja sebagai pekabaran injil

Abstract

menurut konsep dan pemahaman Kristus, Pekabaran Injil adalah bagian dari Misi Allah (Missio Dei) untuk memperluas Kerajaan-Nya. Misi tersebut dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk pertanggung jawaban iman atau disebut dengan apologetika. Apolgetika merupakan suatu kesempatan untuk mempertanggung jawabkan iman ditengah-tengah berbagai tuduhan yang diberikan kepada kekristenan. Untuk mampu memahami konsep pelayanan misi gereja, tindakan apologetika sangat dibutuhkan bahkan menjadi suatu hal yang penting bagi sistem iman kristen. Pekabaran Injil pada dasarnya merupakan satu bagian yang menjadi tanggung jawab seluruh orang Kristen, sebab Kristus sendiri hadir di tengah dunia dalam rangka memberitakan Injil kepada dunia. Kehadiran-Nya di dalam dunia dihayati sebagai usaha untuk memberitakan Injil. – sebagai Gereja – kita meyakini bahwa Pekabaran Injil yang sekarang ini kita lakukan adalah wujud ketaatan kita kepada Yesus Kristus yang telah memberikan perintah untuk melakukan Pekabaran Injil ke seluruh dunia. Tetapi apakah keyakinan tersebut disertai dengan kesadaran yang benar akan konsep dan pemahaman Pekabaran Injil
