Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mengurangi resiko yangdapat muncul pada kehidupan manusia di masa depan melalui Asuransi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa eiring dengan perkembangan institusi keuangan lainnya yang masih melakukan praktek yang tidak sejalan prinsip syariah, dalam asuransi juga masih terdapat inovasi baru yang dalam perkembangannya semakin tidak bisa lepas dari Maysir, Gharar dan Riba. Asuransi telah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi manusia termasukumat Muslim, karenanya sangatlah penting untuk mengetahui keputusan paraulama mengenai sistem dan mekanisme pelaksanaan asuransi syariah yang sejalandengan nilai-nilai Islam. Ulama’ yang melarang praktik asuransi diantaranya Sayyid Sabiq, Abd Allâh al?Qalqi, Yusuf Qaradhâwi dan Muhammad Bakhil al-Muthi. Beliau mengatakan bahwa Asuransi itu haram dalam segala macam bentuknya, temasuk asuransi jiwa.
