Abstract

TEORI PRILAKU KONSUMEN PERSPEKTIF SYARIAH Konsumsi dan Konsumen Dalam bidang konsumsi, Islam tidak menganjurkan pemenuhan keinginan yang tak terbatas. Norma Islam adalah memenuhi kebutuhan manusia secara hirarkisnya, kebutuhan manusia meliputi; keperluan, kesenangan, dan kemewahan. Dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia, islam menyarankan agar manusia dapat bertindak ditengah-tengah (moderity) dan sederhana (simplisity). Banyak norma-norma penting yang berkaitan dengan larangan bagi konsumen, di antaranya adalah ishraf dan tabdzir, yang terdapat dalam al-Quran surat al-Isra:27 dan surat al-A’raf:31. • Konsumsi ❖ Mengeluarkan sesuatu dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan baik jasmani maupun rohani sehingga mampu memaksimalkan fungsi kemanusiaannya sebagai hamba Allah untuk mendapatkan kebahagian dunia dan akhirat • Konsumen ❖ Pemakai barang-barang hasil produksi Dasar Pendorong Konsumsi • Kebutuhan dan Keinginan • Kepuasan • Unsur Penentu Perilaku Konsumen Kebutuhan, Keinginan dan Kepuasan • Kebutuhan ❖ Segala sesuatu yang harus dipenuhi agar suatu dapat berfungsi secara sempurna • Keinginan ❖ Hasrat atau harapan seseorang yang jika dipenuhi belum tentu akan meningkatkan kesempurnaan fungsi manusia ataupun suatu barang • Kepuasan ❖ Suatu akibat dari terpenuhinya suatu keinginan
