Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan alternative strategi pengembangan usaha Depot Bakso Fatimah. Pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia sangat pesat, khususnya di bidang industri makanan. Banyak UMKM yang bermunculan tetapi tidak banyak yang dapat bertahan dalam jangka panjang karena banyak kendala dan persaingan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Depot Bakso Fatimah, sebagai salah satu UMKM di bidang industri makanan, dengan maksud untuk menganalisa lingkungan internal dan eksternal dari Depot Bakso Fatimah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara semi terstruktur kepada informan yang ditentukan dengan teknik snowball sampling, kemudian uji validitas data dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Adapun strategi yang dihasilkan dari mini riset ini yakni diperlukan perusahaan menjadi rumusan strategi yaitu dengan strategi pengembangan pasar. Untuk mengimplementasikan strategi tersebut fungsi-fungsi bisnis perusahaan yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu fungsi pemasaran, fungsi operasional, dan fungsi sumber daya.
