Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sistem pengendalian manajemen yang diterapkan pada usaha sate ayam Madura Cak Mat terhadap manajemen produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha sate ayam Madura Cak Mat yang berlokasi di Desa Ngubalan Rt 03 Rw 03, Kecamatan Kalidawir, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran sistem pengendalian manajemen memang cukup mempengaruhi manajemen produksi pada usaha ini walaupun dengan sistem pengendalian manajemen yang sederhana dan terbilang masih kurang
