Dòng Tiền, Chất Lượng Lợi Nhuận Và Nắm Giữ Tiền Mặt: Trường Hợp Tại Việt Nam

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này xem xét ảnh hưởng của dòng tiền, chất lượng lợi nhuận ảnh hưởng đến việc nắm giữ tiền mặt của doanh nghiệp. Sử dụng các phương pháp hồi quy cho dữ liệu bảng bao gồm hồi quy OLS, FEM, REM, và OLS-Robust với tập dữ liệu nghiên cứu bao gồm các công ty phi tài chính niêm yết trên thị trường chứng khoán Viêt Nam giai đoạn 2008- 2019, kết quả thực nghiệm cho thấy dòng tiền có quan hệ thuận chiều với mức độ nắm giữ tiền mặt, đồng thời đã chỉ ra sự bất cân xứng trong độ nhạy dòng tiền của việc nắm giữ tiền mặt. Mặt khác nghiên cứu cho thấy sự ảnh hưởng ngược chiều của chất lượng lợi nhuận đến nắm giữ tiền mặt. Trong bối cảnh Việt Nam, so với công ty không bị hạn chế tài chính, các công ty bị hạn chế tài chính có độ nhạy đối với việc nắm giữ tiền mặt nhỏ hơn, đồng thời chất lượng lợi nhuận phản ánh sự bất cân xứng thông tin rõ nét hơn đối với doanh nghiệp có hạn chế tài chính.
