Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Sungai Penuh yang berjumlah 62 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah metode sensus karena jumlah pegawai hanya 62 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Uji instrumen penelitian uji validitas dan realibilitas. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji deskripsi data, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Sungai Penuh, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Sungai Penuh dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Sungai Penuh.
