Penerapan Retribusi Pada Kios Pasar Wage Tulungagung

Abstract

Retribusi daerah merupakan pungutan daerah sebagai pembayaran atas jasa atau pemberian izin tertentu yang khusus disediakan atau diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk kepentingan pribadi atau badan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penyewa kios di Pasar Wage Kabupaten Tulungagung melakukan pembayaran retribusi pajak atau belum. Metode penelitian yang kami lakukan ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan survey secara langsung di lokasi tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan secara acak dengan mengambil dari beberapa sampel pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa retribusi pasar di Pasar Wage bersumber dari penarikan sewa kios tersebut, penarikan retribusi di Pasar Wage Kabupaten Tulungagung tersebut menggunakan penarikan kios berupa karcis setiap hari dengan harga Rp.1000,- dan biaya iuran tahunan kurang lebih Rp 200.000,- . Pemasukan retribusi pasar nantinya akan di laporkan ke Pemerintah Daerah dan pengelolaannya diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada Pemerintah Daerah. Fasilitas yang ada di Pasar Wage Kabupaten Tulungagung antara lain : toilet/WC, bank sampah, tempat parkir, gerobak sampah dan musholla.
