Abstract

This study entitled The effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. This research was conducted on the employees of PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. While the time of this study was 20 days, from December 15 to January 5, 2020. The population of this study were employees at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan, while the sample of this study were employees of PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan which amounted to 95 people. Keywords: Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance.
