Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul pentingnya sistem pengendalian manajemen yang optimal pada bidang pemasaran untuk menunjang penjualan yang dicapai perusahaan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjabarkan pentingnya pelaksanaan manajemen yang optimal dan pengaruh yang dapat dibawanya dalam menunjang penjualan perusahaan serta komponen-komponen yang perlu diperhatikan perusahaan dalam menjalankan sistem pengendalian manajemen terutama dibidang pemasaran agar target penjualan yang ingin dicapai perusahaan dapat diraih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif di mana isi penelitian berupa penjabaran atau penjelasan terkait masalah dari objek yang diteliti. Dari penelitian ini peneliti menemukan bahwa bagaimana pengendalian manajemen pada bidang pemsaran yang optimal dapat menunjang penjualan perusahaan. Dan bagaimana sistem pengendalian manajemen membantu perusahaan menemukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat bagi produk yang dipasarkan. Serta membantu perusahaan untuk mengetahui apakah pemasaran yang dilakukan sudah optimal.
