Abstract

Jurnal “Model Kepemimpinan Paulus dikontekstualisasikan dengan kepemimpinan Majelis di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Buyuntana”, bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Kepemimpinan Paulus yang dapat menjadi panutan untuk pemimpin di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Buyuntana. Dengan model ini seorang pemimpin akan mengikuti kepemimpinan Yesus yang dilakukan juga oleh murid-mudid-Nya. Kepemimpinan merupakan bagian penting dari kehidupan manusia. Tanpa itu Pemimpin manusia tidak mengerti bagaimana mengarahkan tanggung jawabnya. Cobalah untuk berkontribusi pada jurnal ini Tentang model kepemimpinan rasul Paulus. Dalam jurnal ini kita dapat melihat pengalaman hidup rasul untuk menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan dan semoga jurnal ini menambah wawasan bagi umat Kristiani tentang Kepemimpinannya. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode kualitatif sehingga melalui jurnal ini kita akan menemukan karakter yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin yaitu memiliki kerendahan hati, kesetiaan, berintegrasi dan menjalankan tanggung jawab dalam kepemimpinannya.
