Abstract

Sejak manusia menghendaki sebuah tatanan masyarakat yang romantis dan harmonis, maka sejak itu pula manusia melakukan aktivitas kontemplasi merenungi fenomena-fenomena kehidupannya. Hasil dari perenungan panjang manusia tersebut, disepakati bahwa pendidikan sebagai instrumen terbaik dalam menciptakan sebuah kehidupan yang harmonis dan romantis. Islam melalu Al- Quran dan Hadis telah menetapkan sebuah sistem pendidikan yang hasanah bagi upaya menciptakan kemaslahatan hidup umat manusia. Namun demikian, dewasa Lebih jauh, tulisan ini ingin mengetengahkan tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen dalam Islam, utamanya ditinjau menurut hadis nabi.
