Thực trạng và một số giải pháp nhằm phát triển du lịch Đồng Nai

Abstract

Đồng Nai là tỉnh thuộc miền Đông Nam Bộ, nằm trong vùng phát triển kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam. Tỉnh có lợi thế so sánh về du lịch với các địa phương khác, nhưng du lịch Đồng Nai vẫn chưa phát triển đúng tiềm năng. Nghiên cứu này nhằm làm rõ thực trạng và gợi ý một số giải pháp nhằm phát triển du lịch của tỉnh Đồng Nai. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp phân tích SWOT kết hợp phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA), tương quan hồi quy, sử dụng phần mềm SPSS 16.0 để tìm ra các nhân tố tác động đến việc phát triển du lịch của tỉnh. Kết quả cho thấy có 6 nhóm nhân tố tác động đến việc thu hút khách du lịch đến Đồng Nai là: (1) Tài nguyên du lịch nhân văn, (2) Ẩm thực và dịch vụ hỗ trợ, (3) Dịch vụ du lịch, (4) Cơ sở hạ tầng, (5) Sản phẩm du lịch và thái độ người dân, (6) Điểm thu hút du lịch. Từ đó, các giải pháp được đề xuất với tỉnh Đồng Nai nhằm phát triển du lịch.
