Abstract

Es Teh Indonesia adalah minuman berbahan dasar teh yang disajikan dengan beragam rasa lalu dikemas dalam gelas plastik berukuran 650 ml. Es Teh Indonesia terus mengeluarkan inovasi varian rasa baru, hingga saat ini mereka mempunyai varian rasa hampir kurang lebih 22 varian yang dibuat. brand lokal Es Teh Indonesia dengan product "Tea To Go" yang menawarkan berbagai varian teh dengan inovasi baru menjadi produk yang istimewa. Perusahaan Es Teh Indonesia memilki sebuah business model canvas dengan 9 elemen di dalam nya yang menjelaskan mengenai customer segment, value proposition, key resources, key partner, dan lainnya.
