Abstract

Teori kontingensi adalah teori kesesuaian pemimpin yang berarti menyesuaikan pemimpin dengan kondisi yang tepat. Secara sederhana teori kontigensi menekankan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan dan pemahaman situasi yang tepat oleh pemimpin. Sebuah usaha oleh perusahaan dengan otonomi kewirausahaan untuk mencapai kinerja memiliki risiko besar untuk gagal. Teori kontijensi (Contingency Theory) dengan memasukkan variabel-variabel lain seperti ketidakpastian lingkungan, ketidakpastian tugas, budaya, teknologi informasi dan sebagainya. Variabel mediasi Sebuah variabel mediasi atau variabel intervensi merupakan salah satu yang permukaan antara waktu variabel Tbk mulai beroperasi untuk review mempengaruhi variabel dependen dan dampak waktu dirasakan di atasnya. Variabel yang diperkirakan dapat mempengaruhinya adalah kualitas pelayanan metode CARTER yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat efek mediasi kepuasan konsumen dalam hubungan antara service quality (CARTER) dan loyalitas konsumen. Pemasaran Wirausaha memediasi hubungan antara kemampuan dinamis lingkungan dengan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas yang sangat dinamis dan pemasaran kewirausahaan cenderung memiliki keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan kapabilitas dinamis dan pemasaran kewirausahaan menawarkan model sistematis untuk mendukung Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) membangun lingkungan yang terjaga dengan baik dan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan.
