Pengaruh Kepribadian Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kendari

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepribadian Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kendari. Objek penelitian ini yaitu kepribadian terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dilakukan pada Kantor Kejaksaan, beralamat di Jalan Drs. Abdullah Silondae No. 4 Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kendari sebanyak 44 pegawai. Adapun penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode sesus yaitu jumlah sampel diambil dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi sebanyak 44 pegawai. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan sofware SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artinya setiap perubahan peningkatan indikator variabel kepribadian dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Semakin baik penerapan kepribadian mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kendari. Kata Kunci : Kepribadian dan Kinerja Pegawai
