Yếu tố ảnh hưởng mua rau an toàn cùa cư dân TPHCM

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này xem xét tác động của các yếu tố đến ý định mua rau an toàn của cư dân thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM), bằng việc khảo sát 378 người dân. Lý thuyết Hành vi có kế hoạch (TPB) được sử dụng có điều chỉnh, cùng với phương pháp phân tích độ tin cậy Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA), và phân tích hồi quy bội, với phương tiện SPSS 20.0. Kết quả xử lý hồi quy bội cho thấy có 04 thành phần tác động đến ý định mua rau an toàn của cư dân TPHCM, sắp theo thứ tự độ mạnh giảm dần: Sự quan tâm đến sức khoẻ và chất lượng rau an toàn, Chuẩn mực chủ quan, Sự quan tâm đến môi trường, Nhận thức về giá sản phẩm. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị đối với Ban Quản lý các doanh nghiệp sản suất rau an toàn ở TPHCM nhằm giúp nâng cao khả năng bán hàng.
