Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran tentang maraknya penghindaran pajak. Sebagai komponen penting dalam kelangsungan sebuah negara menjadi negara dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang baik, tindak pidana yang berhubungan dengan penghindaran pajak ini harus ditindaklanjuti dengan baik. Dalam artikel ini, pembaca diharapkan dapat terbantu dalam melihat tanda-tanda penghindaran pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review of literature pada beberapa paper yang ditulis oleh Hari Hananto juga beberapa penulis lain. Penulis menggunakan alat bantu berupa ChatGPT dalam melakukan penulisan artikel dengan tujuan mempermudah penulis dalam melakukan pencarian ide-ide baru.
