Giải pháp thu hút vốn đầu tư vào tỉnh Bình Phước

Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm khám phá các nhân tố tác động đến việc thu hút vốn đầu tư vào tỉnh Bình Phước, bằng việc khảo sát 833 nhà đầu tư. Phương pháp phân tích SWOT kết hợp phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA), tương quan hồi quy, sử dụng phần mềm SPSS 16. Kết quả cho thấy có 6 nhóm nhân tố tác động đến việc thu hút vốn đầu tư vào tỉnh Bình Phước: (1) Thị trường tiềm năng, (2) Cơ sở hạ tầng, (3) Việc ra quyết định của chính quyền địa phương, (4) Nguồn nhân lực, (5) Chính sách khuyến khích và hỗ trợ về nông nghiệp, (6) Vị trí địa lý. Từ đó, các giải pháp được đề xuất với tỉnh Bình Phước nhằm nâng cao thu hút vốn đầu tư.
