Nhận diện về kinh tế tri thức

Abstract

Khái niệm “kinh tế tri thức” manh nha xuất hiện từ đầu thập kỷ 60 của thế kỷ XX, do nhà kinh tế học người Mỹ gốc Áo - Peter Ferdinand Drucker (1909-2005) đề xuất. Trong các tác phẩm chuyên sâu về quản trị hiện đại, ông luôn đề cao vai trò của “người công nhân tri thức” và tiên đoán về sự thất nghiệp của “người công nhân áo xanh” dưới sự phát triển nhanh chóng của cách mạng khoa học - công nghệ, đặc biệt là công nghệ thông tin. Hiện nay, kinh tế tri thức đang trở thành một nội dung quan trọng trong chiến lược phát triển của nhiều quốc gia, bao gồm cả những quốc gia phát triển và đang phát triển, trong đó có Việt Nam.
