Abstract

Implementasi Manajemen Kinerja Di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, rumusan masalah dalam artikel ini, adalah “Bagaimanakah Implementasi manajemen kinerja pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu?. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penulisan adalah 1. Untuk melihat implementasi manajemen kinerja pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. 2. Untuk melihat kinerja pegawai pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dan kesimpulan hasil pembahasan adalah: 1. Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu belum melaksanakan manajemen kinerja dengan baik, sesuai dengan model manajemen kinerja. 2. Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu belum membuat rencana strategis (Renstra) sesuai dengan kebutuhan Universitas. 3. Renstra belum menjadi pedoman dalam mejalankan roda organisasi. 4. Renstra masih bersifat formalitas sebagai kelengkapan sebuah Universitas saja.
