Abstract

Infrastruktur bisnis digital harus dikelola dengan baik dan berkelanjutan demi kemajuan perusahaan. Infrastruktur bisa dengan pengadaana komputer, aplikasi, sistem, dan orang IT yang memang khusus ahli di dalam bidang tersebut. Saat perusahaan beralih ke digital, pasti terdapat kendala yang akan ditemukan. Maka dari itu pengelolaan infrastruktur perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Semakin baik infrastruktur bisnis digital, maka akan semakin meningkat pula kepuasan karyawan, tingkat keamanan data, dan lain-lain. Infrastruktur pada bisnis digital juga bisa dikatakan akan mempengaruhi kesuksesan suatu perusahaan. Dalam menghadapi persaingan global, tentu perusahaan harus siap dengan segala perubahan baru yang akan terjadi agar bisa bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Perusahaan juga harus menyiapkan dana atau alokasi anggaran yang matang untuk menunjang semua infrastruktur bisnis digital.
