Abstract

Langkah pertama dari tahapan analisis kelayakan yaitu melakukan analisis pendahuluan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pertama ini untuk menyaring ide dan projek sebelum waktu, usaha dan uang diinvestasikan. Ada 2 kegiatan yang terlibat di langkah pertama ini. Pertama, menggambar atau uraikan dengan spesifik mungkin layanan yang direncanakan, target pasar,dan karakteristik unik dari layanan tersebut. Kedua, menentukan apakah ada hambatan yang tidak dapat diatasi.
