Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bank Bri Cabang Pematangsiantar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank BRI Cabang Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank BRI Cabang Pematangsiantar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai BRI Cabang Pematangsiantar sebanyak 36 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sabagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serentak motivasi dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bank BRI Cabang Pematangsiantar dimana motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pelatihan kerja.
