Abstract

Kerjasama koperasi tersebut ada yang bersifat horizontal dan vertikal, bahkan sebagai konsekuensi dalam melakukan kerjasama tersebut menghendaki untuk dibentuknya wadah organisasi baru untuk mengembangkan kegiatan usahanya. Koperasi Di Indonesia bekerjasama dengan baik dengan sesama koperasi maupun dengan badan usaha lain yang bukan koperasi. Kerjasama dibidang usaha antar koperasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara membentuk organisasi baru yang berbadan hukum. Maka kesimpulan pengertian kerjasama koperasi dibidang usaha yaitu pada dasarnya segala bentuk kerja sama yang bertujuan untuk mempertahankan diri terhadap tindakan pihak luar, dengan menarik manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya dari suatu suasana hidup berkumpul.
