Abstract

Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah pengambilan keputusan pembelian listrik prabayar. Diduga hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor perilaku konsumen yang belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif dan asosiatif. Dengan pendekatan survai yakni dengan mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok. Selanjutnya dianalisis dan dibandingkan dengan teori serta masalah yang ada untuk diambil kesimpulannya kemudian. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku kosumen merupakan peranan penting untuk mempermudahkan para konsumen didalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan pembelian listrik prabayar pada PT. PLN Rayon Subang
