Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Program Pemeliharaan Karyawan Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Kantor Pusat Makassar”, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan program pemeliharaan karyawan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Kantor Pusat Makassar . Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, ini digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara komunikasi (X1), insentif (X2), kesejahteraan karyawan (X3), keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (X4), dan hubungan industrial pancasila (X5) terhadap Loyalitas karyawan (Y). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Variabel komunikasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Kantor Pusat Makassar, Variabel insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Kantor Pusat Makassar, Variabel kesejahteraan karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Kantor Pusat Makassar. Variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Kantor Pusat Makassar. Variabel Hubungan industrial pancasila berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Kantor Pusat Makassar
