Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menjadi ikon perubahan dunia. Pasalnya hampir seluruh sektor di kehidupan manusia telah berubah, tidak terkecuali di dalam dunia bisnis. Kini, bisnis berubah menjadi hampir seluruhnya menjadi digital. Berbagai keuntungan dan manfaat didapatkan dari perubahan bisnis konvensional menjadi bisnis digital. Dengan adanya digital di dalam bisnis dapat mempercepat proses bisnis menjadi lebih cepat dan bisa memangkas sumber daya menjadi lebih optimal. Pola konsumsi masyarakat juga akhirnya berubah menjadi semuanya serba online karena prosesnya yang lebih mudah.
