Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quyết định mua dầu nhờn Amalie tại TPHCM

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này nhằm nhận dạng các yếu tố quan trọng ảnh hưởng đến quyết định mua dầu nhờn Amalie của khách hàng tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM), thông qua phỏng vấn 200 khách hàng. Phương pháp kiểm định độ tin cậy của thang đo thông qua hệ số Cronbach’s alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA, và xây dựng mô hình hồi quy tuyến tính bội. Kết quả cho thấy có 05 yếu tố tác động cùng chiều đến quyết định mua dầu nhờn Amalie tại TPHCM, theo thứ tự giảm dần là: (1) Chất lượng, (2) Giá cả hợp lý, (3) Cửa hàng liên hệ mua sản phẩm, (4) Giao hàng, (5) Nhân sự. Kết quả nghiên cứu này hy vọng sẽ giúp cho nhà phân phối dầu nhờn Amlie có thể đưa ra những giải pháp kinh doanh hữu hiệu hơn.
