Abstract

Marketing merupakan serangkaian proses tentang pemasaran yang menghasilkan strategi pemasaran sehingga suatu produk bisa sampai ke pembeli. Manajemen marketing memiliki 5 fungsi antara lain untuk Distributing (Pendistribusian), Trading (Jual-Beli), Facilitating (Penyediaan sarana), Research (Melakukan riset), dan Processing (Pemrosesan). Konsep dari manajemen marketing yaitu: 1. Konsep Produksi 2. Konsep Produk 3. Konsep Penjualan 4. Konsep Pemasaran 5. Konsep Pemasaran Sosial Karakteristik utama dari suatu manajemen marketing antara lain berfokus pada keinginan konsumen, mengutamakan kepuasan konsumen, serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan konsumen.
