Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala, factor factor ketidakpatuhan dalam pembayar pajak warung makan di desa jarakan, kabupaten tulungagung . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi , wawancara langsung dari pada yang bersangkutan mempunyai usaha dengan cara mengumpulkan pebandingan data. Hasil pembahasan peneletian ini di peroleh dari pada survey wawancara berdasarkan pada kasus yang ada. Walaupun demikian dalam proses pelaksanaan ini terdapat beberapa hambatan, diantaranya Wajib Pajak menolak untuk dilakukan wawancara, Wajib Pajak pemilik warung tidak memberikan respon ketika Tim wawancara bertanya tanya . seberapa besar masyarakat desa jarakan terhadap ketidakpatuhan dalam membayar pajak usaha warung makan.
