Mini Riset Retribusi Penyewa Kios Di Pasar Ngemplak Tulungagung 2021

Abstract

Retribusi daerah adalah pungutan daerah sebagai pembayaran atas jasa atau pemberian izin tertentu yang khusus disediakan dan atau diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk kepentingan orang pribadi atau badan. Tujuan mini riset ini adalah mendeskripsikan apakah beberapa sampel dari penyewa kios di Pasar Ngemplak Kelurahan Botoran, Kabupaten Tulungagung melakukan pembayaran retribusi pasar yang termasuk ke dalam retribusi daerah atau tidak. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara dan survey secara langsung. Penentuan subjek penelitian dilakukan secara acak dengan mengambil dari beberapa sampel pedagang di Pasar Ngemplak..Analisis data yang digunakan adalah penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari beberapa sampel membayar retribusi pasar yang kisaran nominalnya tidak selalu sama antara pedagang satu dengan pedagang lainnya. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi besar atau kecilnya pembayaran retribusi yang dibebankan pedagang di pasar Ngemplak. Hal ini pula yang mempengaruhi penarikan Retribusi pasar setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan.
