Abstract

Penerbitan buku ini terinspirasi dari reformasi birokrasi yang menuntut pendahgunaan pegawai yang mampu mendukung kelancaran dan keterpaduan pelaksanaan dan fungsi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan publik. Bahan-bahan yang disajikan dalam buku ini adalah merupakan hasil penelitian dan kumpulan dari beberapa literatur yang terkait dengan kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai.
