Abstract

Emosi adalah proses fisiologis, perilaku, dan psikologis yang dialami oleh seseorang dalam menghadapi orang lain, objek, atau kejadian tertentu. Emosi tidak semua negatif, apapun respon kita terhadap sesuatu itu namanya emosi. Bisa positif maupun negatif. Sikap adalah gabungan dari keyakinan, perasaan dan intensitas perilaku terhadap objek, orang atau peristiwa tertentu. Stress adalah respon adaptif individu untuk situasi yang dianggap menantang atau mengancam kesejahteraannya
