Abstract

Pencarian pengetahuan baru sebagai prasyarat penting untuk berinovasi produk dan layanan telah diakui oleh beberapa penelitian. Dalam hal ini, beberapa penulis mengakui ambidexterity individu yang mengacu pada pemanfaatan pengetahuan yang dihasilkan melalui proses eksplorasi dan eksploitasi pada tingkat individu untuk mencapai akumulasi pengetahuan yang efektif yang mendorong kinerja. Mengikuti logika ambidexterity, seseorang mungkin mencari pengetahuan pelengkap untuk mengeksploitasi pengetahuan yang sudah tersedia atau seseorang mungkin mencari pengetahuan baru untuk mengeksplorasi seluruh pendekatan baru.
