Abstract

Suatu rangkaian studi dilakukan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mengenai implementasi strategi korporasi di perusahaan multibisnis serta kesesuaian pengasuhan antara perusahaan induk dan perusahaan-perusahaan anak di Indonesia. Sebagai bagian dari rangkaian studi, tulisan ini membahas mengenai pola bertumbuh dan kesesuaian pengasuhan di perusahaan multibisnis terkemuka, dengan contoh-contoh perusahaan tertentu. Dan penerapan strategi pengasuhan pada perusahaan Sinarmas Group dengan memnyoroti kasus yang terjadi atau booming di masyarakat. Pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas ini adalah: 1. Apa sajakah strategi korporasi berdasarkan pendekatam grand strategy dan bagaimana implementasinya dalam perusahaan ? 2. Apa pengertian dari parenting strategy serta jelaskan filosofi diterapkannya strategi ini oleh perusahaan ? 3. Bagaimana implementasi parenting strategy perusahaan multibisnis ?
