Abstract

Saat ini kita memasuki sebuah industry 4.0 dengan ditandainya sebuah kemajuan teknologi atau transformasi digital. Teknologi memiliki dampak baik pada kemajuan kegiatan perekonomian negara. Tentu hal tersebut sangatlah menguntungkan bagi pihak pelaku usaha dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja penjualan dan pendapatan. Adapun faktor-faktor pendukung dalam sebuah transformasi digital yaitu sebuah platform pendukung dan diperlukan kepemimpinan yang dapat mengambil keputusan strategi dan lincah dalam menghadapi perubahan. Tujuan dari paper ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang dampak-dampak dari adanya transformasi digital pada bisnis, pandangan terhadap transformasi digital, dan transformasi digital bisnis.
