Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретико-методологические положения разработки финансовой стратегии. Важнейшим методом обеспечения наиболее эффективной деятельности предприятия, а именно достижения долгосрочных целей, минимизации рисков в быстро меняющихся рыночных условиях, анализа внешней и внутренней среды является разработка финансовой стратегии. The article considers the theoretical and methodological provisions for the development of a financial strategy. The most important method for ensuring the most efficient operation of an enterprise, namely achieving long-term goals, minimizing risks in rapidly changing market conditions, analyzing the external and internal environment, is the development of a financial strategy.
