Abstract

Komunikasi bisnis terdiri dari dua kata yaitu komunikasi dan bisnis. Komunikasi dan bisnis sama-sama memulai kegiatannya dengan melakukan proses produksi. Dalam komunikasi, yang diproduksi adalah informasi, sedangkan dalam bisnis, yang diproduksi adalah barang dan jasa. Komunikasi dan bisnis tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain. Bisnis yang berdiri sendiri tanpa adanya komunikasi, maka lama kelamaan akan gulung tikar. Hal ini disebabkan karena tidak ada kegiatan promosi, pemasaran, dan lain-lain dalam upaya menjual produknya. Dengan adanya komunikasi, maka barang atau jasa hasil produksi dapat dipasarkan, sehingga bisnis dapat terus berjalan. Tanpa komunikasi, maka produk yang dijual tidak akan dikenal oleh konsumen. Di dalam perusahaan komunikasi dengan karyawan sangat penting dilakukan agar karyawan merasa menjadi bagian dari usaha kita dan merasa yakin dengan produk yang kita hasilkan.
