Abstract

PILAR PILAR EKONOMI ISLAM 1.PARADIGMA SYARIAH a) Hukum asal perbuatan adalah terikat dengan hukum syara Prinsip ini menyatakan bahwa setiap perbuatan memiliki hukum asal yang terikat dengan hukum syara' segala tindakan dianggap haram kecuali ada dalil yang memperbolehkannya. b) Hukum asal benda adalah mubah selama tidak ada dalil yang mengharamkan Prinsip ini menyatakan bahwa segala sesuatu di dunia ini dianggap mubah (boleh) kecuali ada dalil yang mengharamkannya. benda-benda dianggap halal kecuali ada dalil yang menyatakan sebaliknya. c) Apabila ada hukum syara' diterapkan maka akan ada kemashlahatan Prinsip ini menyatakan bahwa penerapan hukum syara' akan membawa manfaat dan kemashlahatan bagi individu dan masyarakat. Hukum syara' dianggap sebagai pedoman yang sempurna untuk menjalani kehidupan 2. KERANGKA SISTEM Fikrah (ide) mengacu pada metode pemikiran dan pendekatan dalam memecahkan masalah kehidupan. Metode penerapan fikrah syariah berdasarkan Al-Qur'an, Sunnah, Ijma Shahabat, dan Qiyas. Setiap peraturan yang lahir dari pandangan dunia atau aqidah tertentu yang berfungsi untuk memecahkan dan mengatasi problema hidup manusia, menjelaskan bagaimana cara pemecahan, memelihara serta mengembangkannya
