Abstract

Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional telah mengeluarkan peraturan No. 5 tahun 2019 yang menghendaki penyusunan rancangan pembangunan semua kementerian dan lembaga negara ke depan menggunakan pendekatan teknokratik. Tuntutan ini harus diterjemahkan dalam dokumen renstra 2020-2024, permasalahannya bagaimana rancangan teknokratik itu diterjemahkan dalam pembangunan bidang keagamaan. Tulisan ini mencoba memaknai secara positif dari pendekatan teknokratik ini, didasarkan pertimbangan bahwa pemerintah wajib melakukan pembangunan yang terukur keberhasilannya. Tuntutan keterukuran pembangunan juga berlaku di bidang keagamaan. Tulisan ini merekomendasi pengukuran di bidang pembangunan budi pekerti (karakter); pengukuran di bidang moderasi beragama dan pengukuran peran agama dalam meningkatkan daya saing bangsa.
