Abstract

Dalam berkembangnya teknologi maka diikuti juga dengan perkembangan kehidupan masyarakat yang semakin pesat. Dengan adanya e-commerce memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan keperluan dengan mudah, salah satu contoh dari e-commerce yaitu shopee. Masyarakat cenderung menggunakan shopee untuk membeli semua kebutuhan yang diperlukan sehari-hari, seperti kebutuhan primer dan sekunder. Dalam jurnal kali ini membahas tentang bisnis penjualan tas branded palsu dalam platform shopee. Dimana jurnal ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode penelitian dan metode pustaka. Dalam kasus pelanggaran penjualan tas branded ini ada hukum yang berlaku dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2016. Dalam kasus ini masyarakat harus mengetahui tas yang asli dan palsu. Teknologi yang pesat bisa berpengaruh baik bagi negara, karena dapat membantu masyarakat mempermudah mendapatkan informasi di media sosial atau internet.
