Abstract

Pembangunan nasional merupakan upaya pembangunan yang berkesinambungan dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil dan Makmur. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, pemerintah melakukan pembangunan di berbagai bidang, salah satunya adalah pembangunan di bidang ekonomi dan keuangan. Pengembangan usaha mikro memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin yang merupakan pelaku utama usaha tersebut. Secara konseptual pemeberdayaan tersebut adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan harkat dan martabat lapisan masyarakat yang dalam kondisi sekarang tidak mampu untuk melepaskan diri dari perangkap kemiskinan dan keterbelakangan.
