Abstract

The development of the social world and also the rapidly advancing trend in Izndonesia makes people change their lifestyle. This can be seen from the development of a place for coffee that used to only have a seat or use the natural breeze, now it has developed into an air-conditioned place with WiFi and the price of drinks which from the past was only Rp. 3,000 – Rp. 5,000 to Rp. 15,000 – Rp. 30,000. per cup. In addition to the development of relaxing places or coffee shops, clothing has also developed, for example in the past, clothing was still closed or still traditional, if nowadays it is more modern and lacks materials, the meaning is too open. The clothes are sold through online shops, malls, supermarkets and also thrift shop. In today's era, people are looking for quality goods but the prices are cheap, therefore by opening a business such as a thrift shop, it is very profitable to make quite a lot of money.
