Abstract

Business model merupakan model rencana pada perusahaan yang berguna untuk menghasilkan suatu keuntungan dalam sebuah bisnis. Dengan adanya business model, bisnis akan berjalan sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan. Business model memiliki peran penting untuk melihat peluang serta permintaan pasar. Ada banyak tipe dari business model diantaranya business-to-business, business-toconsumer, subscription based, on-demand business model, ada direct sales, franchising, advertising-based, dan brick-and-mortar stores sebagai model bisnis tradisional, terdapat juga hybrid model seperti internet retail yang dicombine dengan brick-and-mortar stores dan masih banyak lagi. Bisnis yang sukses memiliki model bisnis yang membuat mereka dapat memenuhi kebutuhan para klien dengan harga yang kompetitif. Seiring berjalannya waktu mereka para pebisnis akan mengganti model bisnis nya sewaktu-waktu sesuai dengan perubahan keadaan pasar
