Abstract

kebijakan pemerintah harus memberikan fondasi bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Untuk meraih kesuksesan kompetitif, Porter sangat menekankan bahwa perusahaan dari suatu negara harus memiliki suatu keunggulan kompetitif dalam bentuk biaya rendah atau produk yang berbeda atau unik. Agar keunggulan yang dimiliki berlanjut, perusahaan harus dikelola secara efisien dan menyediakan produk dan jasa berkualitas tinggi.
