Menghadapi Potensi resesi 2023 dalam Perspektif Inovasi Disrupsi

Abstract

Pada tahun 2023, dunia global dihadapkan dengan adanya ancaman resesi dimana akan tejadi krisis fianansial yang berlarut. Dalam ekonomi makro, resesi adalah suatu kondisi dimana produk domestik bruto (GDP) mmenurun atau pertumbuhan ekonomi riil bersifat negatif selama dua kuartal atau dalam satu tahun. Dengan kata lain, menurunnya aktivitas ekonomi dalam jangka waktu yang lama secara signifikan. Resesi ini dapat terjadi atau disebabkan karena raingkaian aktivitas ekonomi atau kejadian di masyarakat dan perkembangan teknologi. Rangkaian tersebut yakni adanya guncangan ekonomi secara tiba-tiba berdamapak pada melemahnya atau meningkatnya daya beli masyarakat yang berlebihan. Jika daya beli masyarakat melemah secara berlebihan, maka akan terjadi inflasi dimana harga barang dan jasa naik, ini juga akan berpengaruh pada tingginya suku bunga yang dapat mengancam perbankan. Sedangkan, jika daya beli masyarakat meningkat secara berlebihan, maka akan terjadi deflasi dimana harga barang dan jasa turun sehingga menjadi ancaman bagi penyedia barang dan jasa.
