Abstract

Observations from photon shot-noise in LIGO to mode-entropy thresholds in biological tissues reveal a recurrent 1/E^2 fade-out at high energies. We unify six theoretical frameworks- variational free-energy, Tsallis/Rényi entropy, self-organized criticality, network thermodynamics, thermodynamic geometry, and functional renormalization group- and three frontier extensions- holographic entropic bulk, multi-affine quantum geometry, and recursive entropy dynamics. Enhancements include a clarified mechanisms roadmap, rigorous statistical mechanics foundations (fluctuation-dissipation, detailed balance), an equation-referenced parameter glossary, and empirical benchmarks. A pilot computational study further probes nonextensive fits, culminating in a cohesive suppression paradigm that challenges symmetry-based unification.
