Abstract

Ringkasan eksekutif merupakan hal terpenting di dalam suatu bisnis. Ringkasan ini digunakan untuk menarik para pembaca dalam mencari tahu mengenai produk, pasar, maupun teknik yang digunakan dalam bisnis tersebut. Hal ini dapat mencerminkan hasil dari seluruh perencanaan dan harus dibuat hati-hati dengan mempertimbangkan semua aspek lain dari bisnis. Beberapa pemodal ventura lebih menyukai dalam menerima ringkasan dan keuangan saja sebelum meninjau keseluruhan rencana.
