Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan kepada ibu rumah tangga untuk dapat mengelola keuangan rumah tangga dan memherikan keahlian bagi ibu rumah tangga untuk merencanakan dan mengelola keuangan rumah tangga. Sasaran pengabdian adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Batalyon Intanteri 131/ Braja Sakti, Kec. Payakumbuh Timur. Kab. Lima Puluh Kota. Pengabdian diselesaikan dalam tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan survey pendahuluan untuk melihat kondisi di lapangan mengenai kondisi ibu rumah tangga didaerah tersebut. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pelatihan, menggunakan metode ceramah yaitu dengan teknik presentasi. dilanjutkan dengan diskusi tanya jawab. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan untuk masing-masing tahap dengan mengumpulkan dan menyimpulkan data dari masing-masing tahapan kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan minat dan keinginan ibu-ibu rumah tangga di daerah Batalyon Infanteri 131 Braja Sakti, Kec. Payakumbuh Timur. Kab. Lima Puluh Kota untuk dapat mengelola keuangan rumah tangganya dengan bijak.
